for the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute                                                               
offered on page 539. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE

Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
